Nearly 8 months is too long? Really? No kidding, a baby could have be planted, growed and borned in that time! shameful. Don't you think the bill for all that research, recounts, etc., should be billed to the loser, the continual protester?

I totally agree! He should have to pay for the costs. Otherwise the taxpayer has to pick up that tab. Not cool.
